Permission AuthorizationsIn order to provide you with convenient and high-quality services, we may request some permissions on your device. When you use the corresponding function, you will see a pop-up reminder requesting your authorization to access certain device functions. You can choose to turn off some or all permissions in the setting function of the client or device. The methods for granting or withdrawing permissions may be different in different devices.Authorization | Services and FunctionsMicrophone authorizationThis permission is inherent to the Product’s core functionality. Use of the microphone inside the Product enables providing voice data to interact with the generative AI features that are central to the Product. The microphone functionality is automatically activated when the product is powered on. Unlike wake-word-based systems, our Product does not wait for a specific trigger word and it begins capturing and processing audio as soon as speech is detected, without requiring any activation phrase.Location authorizationThis permission enables the initial setup of the Product and the initial and ongoing connectivity functions in the Parent App and the Product. When enabled, it allows the Parent App to access your mobile phone’s precise geolocation to pair with the Product via Bluetooth and to detect nearby Wi-Fi networks enabling the Product to connect to Wi-Fi and remain online to provide its intended services and functions. You may withdraw this permission at any time through your mobile phone settings.13. How We Respond to Do Not Track SignalsBecause consumers are often unaware that their do not track beacons are active, do not track signals frequently does not reflect the actual preferences of our users. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals. In the meantime, you may opt out of certain types of tracking, including certain analytics and tailored advertising by changing your cookie settings or by using a universal opt-out mechanism in your browser.  14. Our Policies Regarding ChildrenWe strive to inform parents and Supervised Minors about how to appropriately safeguard their privacy when using our Product and Services, including the Parent App. We are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”), which requires us to inform parents and legal guardians about our information collection and use practices. COPPA also requires that we obtain verifiable parental consent before we allow children under the age of thirteen (13) to access and/or use our Products and Services. To use our Products and Services, you must first purchase a Product using an adult-controlled payment method, then create a Parent App account with your own contact information and complete an in-app parental notice and consent flow. By completing this purchase and account setup, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the Supervised Minor who will use the Product. This process constitutes our method of obtaining verifiable parental consent.During setup, you may provide information about your Supervised Minor (such as the names of family members, pet names, interests or activities, and characters or shows the Supervised Minor likes) through the Parent App to personalize the Supervised Minor’s experience with the Product. Supervised Minors can then interact with the Product and use its features under your Parent App account.A Supervised Minor might share personal information (such as their name, likes and dislikes) during conversations with the Product. The Product temporarily collects the Supervised Minor’s voice data, converts this voice data to text in real time using a speech-to-text third-party service provider, and then immediately deletes the voice data. The resulting text transcripts are stored and associated with your Parent App account. Through your Parent App account you can view the full text of all conversations that your Supervised Minor has with the Product .We only collect as much information as is reasonably necessary for the Supervised Minor to use the Product, and we do not condition use on disclosing more personal information than is reasonably necessary.Parents or legal guardians can:

  • View the full text of all their Supervised Minor’s conversations with the Product including any personal information contained in the text transcripts associated with their Parent App account;
  • Choose to retain or delete this information at any time;
  • Request that we stop further collection or use of their Supervised Minor’s information by deleting their Parent App account.
